| Resumo: | Заглавие с экрана In this study, we investigated the possibility of combining carbon nanotubes and diamond under HFCVD diamond deposition conditions. The dynamics of the processes occurring during the diamond deposition were analyzed. It was found that for all variations of the CVD parameters, the nanotubes first go through the stage of amorphization and subsequent complete etching.
