In the present study, the influence of basalt fibers on the electrical characteristics of technical aluminum of grade A7 was investigated. Samples were obtained by casting in steel casting with ultrasonic treatment and mechanical agitation. As a result of the experiment, an alloy with a fiber content of 5 mass percent was obtained. It was found that the introduction of basalt fibers reduces the electrical conductivity of technical aluminum by 4% IACS.
