| Summary: | В докладе показаны основные этапы и особенности развития информационных технологий в России в начале XXI в. Автор приходит к выводу, что благодаря данному процессу российская экономика стала более эффективно выполнять свои задачи, получила дополнительный фактор развития, стала более конкурентоспособной и суверенной. Между тем многие информационные продукты тогда в России имели зарубежный характер, что объективно обуславливало повышение внимания к этой проблеме со стороны государства и бизнеса The report shows the main stages and features of the development of information technologies in Russia at the beginning of the 21st century.
