Повышение качества онлайн-обучения является одной из важных задач системы образования. В статье приводятся результаты анализа предпочтений студентов и слушателей, обучающихся на онлайн-курсах. Рассмотрение данных онлайн-анкетирования, проведенного в 2022 и 2023 гг., позволило сделать важные выводы и выработать ряд рекомендаций для педагогических дизайнеров, консультантов в области онлайн-образования, авторов-разработчиков онлайн-курсов, преподавателей, сопровождающих обучение в онлайн-среде. Приведен пример разработки ряда инструментов, способствующих развитию дистанционного обучения.
The priority task of digitalization ?f learning and higher education is the creation and development of online courses in various disciplines. The wellthought-out structure of electronic educational resources, competent and interesting presentation of learning and methodological content contribute to increasing students’ motivation for independent learning in the online environment The investigation of students’ preferences in the online course environment, based on surveys’ data in 2022 and 2023, allows us to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using various formats, techniques, technologies and learning tools in electronic education. For example, due to the frequent reference of students to the educational materials of the online courses and the need to perform practice-oriented tasks, it is necessary to provide optimal conditions for effective reading, viewing or listening to basic and additional materials on the discipline (video lectures, interactive workbooks, memos, etc.). It is also necessary to consider an information system for tracking interactive progress in the implementation of assessment activities; to provide various activities with step-by-step instructions, tips, examples of their implementation; to increase the number of educational simulators and tasks with automatic feedback. A comparative analysis of respondents’ answers (2021, 2022) shows that the importance of highquality and timely feedback from teachers, as well as ensuring social interaction in the online environment, has recently increased.
This means that it is necessary to develop a system of motivation and information for teachers and lecturers accompanying online learning and apply more effective communication tools in the electronic educational environment. New information resources were developed in 2022 at Tomsk Polytechnic University to familiarize a wide range of teachers, lecturers, methodologists, developers with a variety of formats and technologies for developing content, as well as organizing training in LMS Moodle: "EdTech Compass", "Bank of EdTech Solutions", "Self-learning course 24/7". In addition, new online course templates and interactive memos were developed to support learning and teaching in the online environment. Thus, the investigation of students' preferences in online course environment can be successfully used by developers, pedagogical designers, methodologists, teachers and lecturers who accompany online learning as a tool to improve the quality of electronic educational resources and develop distance education.
