Mathematical and Software for Building the Rating of the Largest IaaS Suppliers by the Threshold Aggregation Method

| Riassunto: | Title screen When making decisions about the choice of any alternative, it is necessary to find out which of the options under consideration will be better. The article presents a non-compensatory aggregation model for building ratings, which is based on the threshold aggregation rule. This method avoids compensating low scores for alternatives with higher scores. A scheme of evaluation stages for this model is proposed, and the software “Formation of an aggregate rating” has been developed. The non-compensatory aggregation model was programmed in C# in Visual Studio 2019. Based on the developed program, a rating of the largest IaaS providers was built, according to which you can choose the best option for an enterprise when using cloud services.
