Zusammenfassung:Title screen
We have studied the spectral and amplitude–kinetics characteristics of emission from poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) excited by pulsed electron beams with particle energies up to 300 and 450 keV. Vavilov–Cherenkov radiation (VCR) and pulsed cathodoluminescence (PCL) spectra were measured with subnanosecond resolution. It is established that the intensity of PCL in the visible and near-UV spectral regions from PMMA excited by electrons with several hundred keV energies significantly exceeds the VCR intensity.
