Причины и негативные факторы, влияющие на безопасность образовательных учреждений, отсутствие необходимой правовой и социальной информации. Разработка соответствующей ведомственной программы "Комплексная безопасность образовательного учреждения" и ее приоритетные направления в реализации Федеральной программы, обеспечивающей комплексную безопасность образовательного учреждения. Addresses selected issues of organizing security of educational institutions, the protection of life and health of all participants in the educational process. Causes and negative factors affecting the security of educational institutions, the absence of the necessary legal and social information. Development of appropriate departmental program - "Integrated Security educational institution" and its priorities for implementation of the federal program that provides comprehensive security educational institution. The purpose of the program - is to ensure the safety of students and employees of educational institutions in the course of their employment and training activities by increasing fire, electrical, and technical safety of buildings in the educational institutions of all types through the use of modern science and technology. Security concerns of students and employees of educational institutions should not be limited to a system of fire safety and protection against acts of terrorism and addressed together and on a scientific basis, which provides not only the theoretical part of the training, but also practical training system.
