The purpose of the program - is to ensure the safety of students and employees of educational institutions in the course of their employment and training activities by increasing fire, electrical, and technical safety of buildings in the educational institutions of all types through the use of modern science and technology. Security concerns of students and employees of educational institutions should not be limited to a system of fire safety and protection against acts of terrorism and addressed together and on a scientific basis, which provides not only the theoretical part of the training, but also practical training system.
