| Summary: | Title screen The educational process is constantly evolving and improving in all directions and phases. This is especially true for special courses of technical and technological universities, which, by definition, should reflect the latest achievements in engineering. Despite the huge number of methods and didactic ways of implementing special disciplines at the final stage of preparation of both bachelors and masters, there is no optimal, in all respects, suitable trajectory of the educational process at a technical university that could meet the needs of society and the requirements of leading corporations. Last events like Covid lockdown and passing to on-line teaching format make abovementioned educational problems more complex, confusing and intractable. In the presented paper, the possible ways to improve the efficiency of the educational process in the preparation of specialists in the electric power industry are proposed and discussed. Many years of experience in teaching and the search for optimal solutions for highly effective teaching of a complex of special courses are summarized. |
