Zusammenfassung:Title screen
The research deals with determination of vanillin in smoking mixtures by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. The method showed -1 good linearity in the range of 0.05-0.12gL with a limit of detection -1 0.05 g L . After validation studies, the method was successfully applied to the determination of vanillin in smoking mixtures with satisfactory results. It was shown that the error of this method does not exceed 1%. The developed spectrophotometric procedure for determining vanillin in smoking mixtures can be used as a control.
