| Summary: | Title screen In order to wash off impurities of titan-containing cathode deposit, two techniques were proposed - in a mixture of inorganic acids and anhydrous HF. The advantages of washing-off with HF are shown - the impurities content in the titanium powder obtained by washing-off in anhydrous HF is slightly lower than at "acid" washing-off. In the industrial implementation of washing-off the cathode deposit with anhydrous HF the reagent recycles that ensures environmental safety of production and low production cost of the obtained titanium powder. The analysis of titanium powder synthesized and washed-off from impurities, according to different technologies, was performed using the method of spark mass spectrometry with mass spectrometer with double focusing JMS-01-BM2 JEOL. The microdensitometer MDM6 was used for quantitative interpretation of mass spectra. |
