This work discusses isotopic substitution influence on dipole moment characteristics. Analytical expressions of six parameters of the effective dipole moment operator (aiµ1, aiµ4, aiµ5, aiµ9, aiµ12 and aiµ14) have been obtained in case of asymmetric substitution XYZ←−XY2. Isotopic relations which allow us to connect the equilibrium dipole moment and the first derivatives of the dipole moment of the ”mother” and isotopic substituted molecules have been derived. The effective dipole moment parameters for the 32S 16O2, 34S 16O2, 32S 18O2 and 32S 16O18O molecules were calculated.
