| Примечания: | Title screen In this article the distribution of electrical conductivity homogeneity of lithium ferrite ceramics was studied. Investigations of the conductivity were performed on samples of lithium substituted ferrite with addition of zirconium dioxide (0%; 0.2%; 0.3%; 0.5 weight %). Experimental samples were sintered at 1010 °C for 2 hours by using the standard ceramic technology. Temperature dependences of electrical conductivity were obtained by the two-probe method (spreading resistance analysis). According to spreading resistance analysis, it was found that the distribution of electrical conductivity in the surface layers varies depending on the chemical composition and this distribution has inhomogeneous character. Also, the activation energy and measurement error were calculated. |
