Simulation of the Dynamic Breakdown of Ammonium-Perchlorate Single Crystals

Summary:	Title screen Dynamic breakdown of ammonium perchlorate single crystals is numerically simulated. A system of differential equations that describe processes in an equivalent circuit of a pulsed voltage oscillator, a kinetic equation of impact multiplication of electrons, and a heat-balance equation are simultaneously solved. The breakdown strength of ammonium perchlorate is calculated in the dynamic mode versus interelectrode distance and leading edge of a high-voltage pulse. The calculated results are in reasonable agreement with the experimental data on the dynamic breakdown of ammonium perchlorate. Режим доступа: по договору с организацией-держателем ресурса
