| Shrnutí: | Title screen The research is devoted to the preparation of yttrium aluminum garnet luminescent ceramics doped with different concentration of terbium and cerium (YAG:Ce3+, Tb3+) by the cold static uniaxial pressing method. Time-resolved photo- and cathodoluminescence was carried out to gain a deeper insight into scintillation properties of the ceramics. The impact of Ce3+ and Tb3+ concentration on the scintillation features and luminescent properties of the prepared YAG ceramics are presented in detail. The cathodoluminescence decay time decreases with an increase of Tb3+ concentration at the luminescence bands maxima at 384, 418, and 443 nm. Finally, the nature of luminescent centers in YAG:Ce3+, Tb3+ ceramics is discussed. Режим доступа: по договору с организацией-держателем ресурса |
