Structure and mechanical characteristics of the 12Kh15G9ND stainless austenitic steel (wt %:Fe?0.12C–(14.0–16.5)Cr–(8.5–10.5)Mn–(1.0–1.5)Ni–2.0Cu–0.060P–0.030S–0.2N) after high-temperature helical rolling followed by cold longitudinal rolling was studied by optical metallography, scanningelectron and transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, EBSD analysis, and mechanicaltensile tests. Plastic deformation mechanisms were analyzed.
