| Sumari: | Title screen A state-of-the-art telemedical development including a portable electrocardiograph ECG Express and a web-based program for remote monitoring of the ECG is described. This article presents the key diagnostic features of the ECG Express cardiograph. Techniques for ECG monitoring using the “doctor–patient” telemedicine model as proposed for regular monitoring of patients’ ECG and sending data to a server for further interpretation by the treating doctor are described.
