| Summary: | Title screen The results are presented from an electron microscopic study of the curvature/torsion (χ) of the crystal lattice that occurs upon the deformation of polycrystalline solid FCC solutions. Alloys Cu + 0.4 at % Mn and Cu + 19 at % Mn with mean grain size 〈d〉 = 10-240 μm are investigated. Samples are deformed by tension at room temperature. Causes of curvature/torsion found. It is found that the highest values of χ are characteristic of the joints of grains and grain boundaries. Режим доступа: по договору с организацией-держателем ресурса |
