Résumé:Title screen
Thermodynamical analysis of the physical cause of stresses appearance in the transitional zone between titanium nickelide and coating during surface treatment is carried out. The relations between stresses and strains are presented for elastic and viscous bodies. The secondary effects are revealed. It was shown that additional terms appear in diffusion equations connected with deformation due to new transfer mechanisms. This approach is applicable for other systems and treatment situations.
