This paper presents a mathematical model of phase composition evolution in TiNi + Si and TiNi + Ta systems under pulsed electron beam action. In the second system, the coating contains a small amount of residual oxygen. In both systems, the kinetics, diffusion and chemical reactions were analyzed in two-dimensional problem formulation with distinguishing a trijunction of grains. Depending on the correlation of domains of the bulk of the grain and domain of the boundary effect, different regimes of titanium nickelide surface were distinguished.
