| Shrnutí: | Title screen This work presents the results of clotting time estimation using the method of laser speckle imaging. The method determines the clotting time blood by calculating correlation coefficient between adjacent laser-speckle images. The study was accomplished with two different samples of blood, i.e. with fresh blood and blood with anticoagulant additive. Statistical analyses of the results obtained under the laboratory conditions provides discussion about the improvement of these methods for practical application for the task of clotting time measurements.
