On the basis of the model, the algorithm and the image simulation program of the recognition parameter have been developed. For maximum X-ray energy of 160 keV for illustration, the results of numerical modelling of the recognition of materials from boron to copper with mass fractions from 1 to 5 g/cm2 are given.
