Gaia: | Title screen Polymer-polymeric composites with a UHMWPE matrix filled with particles (milled granulate) of commercially available polyethylene based materials – grafted PE (HDPE-g-VTMS), block copolymer (PP-b-LLDPE) and crosslinked PE (PEX-b) – are studied. The aim of the study is to evaluate the influence of the technique for combining/dispersing blends and sintering regimes of polymeric composites on permolecular structure formation, as well as on their mechanical and tribotechnical properties. It is shown that the permolecular structure (in particular, the spherulitic one) plays a decisive role in the formation of tribomechanical properties of extrudable polymer-polymeric composites based on ultrahigh molecular weight PE matrix.
