Поэтому предприятия прибегают к различным технологиям снижения издержек, таким как аутсорсинг и аутстаффинг. В работе показаны тенденции развития аутсорсинга и аутстаффинга в России, даны рекомендации для совершенствования системы регулирования данных направлений. Every year, competition between enterprises of different scales is growing both on the world market and in Russia. Therefore, in order to maintain the level necessary to continue their activities, and to obtain the maximum profit, enterprises resort to various kinds of technologies to reduce costs. One of such methods is outsourcing and outstaffing. According to the results of the study, it is planned to identify the main trends in the development of outsourcing and outstaffing in Russia and develop recommendations for improving the system for regulating these areas. |
