Within the developed multilevel model of inelastic deformation the problem of determination of the orientation for grain boundary flat areas (facets of a grain boundary) in new grains obtained as a result of recrystallization has been considered. To determine the facets, the method based on the grain boundary energy minimization has been proposed. For the test example numerical results and their analysis are given. Within this example, the problem of finding boundary facet orientation of two crystals with twin orientations has been considered. The way to reduce calculations has been proposed. It is based on interpolation of the criterion function by the smooth functions, the further search of the minimum for the interpolated function and then its specification in the neighborhood of the found solution using the initial criterion function.
