Modelling of technological processes and its controls systems is one of the important stage in production designcycle. Adequate mathematical models of the control object or control system allow to find optimal process controlalgorithm, which allows to achieve required performance, to calculate required amount of source products andto estimate amount and quality of a produced product. In addition, by using models it is possible to analyze thebehaviour of the system in various accidents.At the moment there is a large number of software packages that help to mathematical models developing. Thispaper shows modelling of the control system of the separation process by displacing complex-formingchromatography in the simulation software “KT-NIMFA”.
