Riassunto:Title screen
The process of blood plasma coagulation was studied using the laser speckle correlation technique. Coagulation times measured in samples of different volumes using the Minilab 701 commercial coagulometer and the laser speckle correlation technique were compared. It was shown that the laser speckle correlation technique provides comparable accuracy of measurement, while allowing the sample volume to be considerably reduced.
