In paper, the concept of risk-management, which is used in organization with riskoriented thinking, is described. System concept is reviewed for in process of health risk management care. One of the stages of system concept is report system, which is directed to receive information about incidents, connected with safety of patients. The algorithm, preventing of similar reappear was developed.
