The paper presents axial distributions of electron and gas temperatures of a high-frequency flare discharge burning in argon of plasmachemical reactor. It has been established law temperature drift in plasma discharge (deviation 15…22%), and thereby homogenous conditions for the isotope separation along the full length the plasmachemical reactor. Experimentally measured electric field strength and calculated specific electric conductivity were used to estimate specific energy release in discharge plasma. It has been shown that the maximum gastemperature and specific energy release are reached in the point within 0.2…0.3 of the discharge channel len gth from the electrode. The coefficient of separation of carbon isotopes {13}C and {14}C in discharge plasma estimated by thermal diffusion was 1.017 - 1.020. It is shown that thermal diffusion is not the main mechanism for carbon isotopes separation.
