| Summary: | Title screen The article presents the dynamic model of rating management. To build a management model, a rating assessment model must be previously built. We have constructed a regression model of rating evaluation which includes eight key indices that affect the rating level. On the basis of this model, a dynamic model of rating management for the Russian Federation entities has been formed. The model has been tested on the Tomsk Region rating. The article is of potential use for the Russian Federation entity authorities that may use it to assess the expected level. |
