Summary:	Title screen Construction of a mathematical model is carried out and the adaptive tracking supply control system is considered on the basis of a local quadratic criterion. A system of restrictions is proposed that allows to avoid both excess and insufficient volume of goods in the warehouse. The results of numerical simulation are presented.
