| 要約: | Заглавие с экрана Oxinitride coatings obtained by reactive magnetron sputtering are most promising for cardiovascular stents due to hemocompatibility. Because of the roughness titanium substrate, it is necessary to use polished etchants. In the course of the work, polishing etchants based on mineral acids with the addition of ammonium fluoride were chosen. Using metallographic microanalysis and gravimetric analysis it was found that etchants reduce roughness. Received etchants will provide clutch of the plate to the oxynitride coating of titanium. |
