The object of research is plot of an urban electricity distribution network of 10/0.4 kV of Tomsk city. The purpose of work - research and development of scientific and technical solutions to optimize the plot operation modes of an urban power supply system on the basis of modern software and hardware. The study found ways to reduce the unbalance of currents and voltages. Applications: urban and rural distribution networks 10/0.4 kV. Economic efficiency: the measures proposed can reduce the power loss. In the course of the research calculation and analyzing of the operation mode in the programs were carried out.
