Summary:Title screen
The paper presents the data obtained through physical experiments of reinforced concrete destruction by electric discharges as well as the results of computer simulation of the impulse action on reinforced concrete from an expanding discharge channel. It is found that concrete starts being destroyed under the pulse electrical discharge loading at the energy of 1 kJ after 2nd or 3rd pulse. The specific energy consumption of the destruction process makes less than 0.7 kJ/cm{3}.
