| Streszczenie: | Title screen Optical, atomic force, transmission electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis were used to study the effect of electron beam treatment on surface morphology and the structure of Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy. It is shown that a multilayer structure of lamellar [alpha]-phase, nanosized [alpha]-phase and intermetallic [alpha][2]-phase are formed in Ti-6Al-4V specimens as a result of electron beam radiation.
