This paper presents the impact of globalization on human capital. Globalization is a contradictory phenomenon, and it has an ambiguous effect on the basic components of human capital: education, migration, health, access to information, motivation. In this paper, the authors examine the main problems and prospects coming out of the globalization process growth and also evaluate their impact on the formation and use of human capital.
