The pension system is one of the important tools to regulate and promote the level of senior population welfare in Russia. In the current social situation in the country, when the number of pensioners is constantly growing and it effects on social tensions, the question of the development of lines to improve the level of senior population welfare in the existing pension system is still urgent for the state. The resolving of the question of decent pension by the state will reduce the degree of social tension.
