Need of use of innovative technologies for a technique of teaching Russian as foreign is proved in article.Receptions of technology of critical thinking and their influence on development of communicative skills,creative and research activity of students of technical college are considered. The receptions of theorganization of educational process based on technology of development of critical thinking are shown andalso recommendations about their use in foreign audience are made. The conclusion that application oftechnology of critical thinking on classes in Russian as foreign allows to realize the communicative and activityprinciple of training providing the dialogue mode of occupations, joint search of the solution of problems, andalso partnership between the teacher and students is drawn.
