It is shown that a promising technique for pipeline inner surface corrosion prevention is paint-and-lacquer materials and epoxy resin application. Pipe connection techniques are considered. It is established that to form a full-strength welded joint of the double-layer pipes steel 12X18H10T – steel 20 and metal main volume, it is necessary to use electrodes EA 395/9 or a combination of the electrodes ZIO-8 as a root, filling and UONI-13/55 as facing.
