This article summarizes results of the development of algorithm of dispatching personnel's possible actions in various regime situations in electric power systems by using the information and telecommunications decision support system for dispatching personnel of electric power systems (ITDSS DP EPS). The functions of EPS operational control for normal, emergency and post-emergency cases were considered. The article presents the results of ITDSS DP EPS software development. Examples of use of the developed decision support algorithm are given in the article.
