| Summary: | Заглавие с экрана Оценивается влияние на экономику региона процесса интеграции региональных предприятий в состав корпоративных структур и холдингов федерального уровня. Уточняется понятие «экономическая самостоятельность регионального предприятия», анализируется взаимосвязь экономической и юридической независимости предприятия. Влияние потери экономической самостоятельности региональными предприятиями на социально-экономическое развитие региона оценивается с помощью SWOT-анализа, выявляются сильные и слабые стороны, возможности и угрозы для экономики региона процесса интеграции региональных предприятий в состав корпоративных структур. Обосновывается необходимость при разработке документов стратегического планирования на уровне субъектов РФ учета процесса интеграции предприятий региона в состав корпоративных интегрированных структур и обусловленных данным процессом социально- экономических последствий для регионального развития. Важность процесса интеграции предприятий региона в состав корпоративных интегрированных структур для стратегического планирования на уровне субъектов РФ рассматривается на примере Стратегии социально-экономического развития Омской области до 2025 г. The study focuses on assessing the impact on the regional economy the process of integration of regional enterprises in the federal corporate structures and holding companies. The article clarifies the notion of “economic independence of the regional enterprise”, examines the relationship of economic and legal independence of the enterprise. The impact of the loss of economic independence of the regional enterprises on the socio-economic development of the region is evaluated by using SWOT-analysis. Using SWOT-analysis the authors of the article identifies strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats for the regional economy due to the process of integration of regional enterprises in the corporate structures. The authors consider it necessary to consider the process of integration of the regional enterprises in the corporate integrated structures and socio-economic consequences of the process for regional development in the strategic planning documents at the level of the region. The importance of the process of integration of the enterprises of the region in the corporate integrated structures for strategic planning at the level of the region the authors discuss the example of the Strategy of socio-economic development of Omsk region till 2025. The article examines possible adjustments that the process of inclusion of the Omsk regional enterprises in the corporate integrated structures contributes to the clustering of the regional economy. According to the authors, territorial cluster can operate only under condition of inclusion in its composition of economically independent regional enterprises. |
