Shrnutí:	Title screen The article considers the results of the study the band of v7+v8 which located in therange from 1800-1950 cm-1. Previously, the ro-vibration for this band has wasn't done. Itshould be noted that the center of (v7=v8=1) state in paper [1], was calculated.
