| Summary: | Title screen A numerical investigation of the heat transfer in large monolithic water masses and water masses with different spaces filled with water vapor and gases, moving through high-temperature gases at temperatures higher than 1000 K under the conditions of phase transformations, has been performed. The completeness of evaporation of the water from a water mass moving in a high-temperature gas medium was numerically estimated with account for the degree of inhomogeneity of the water mass.
