In this work predictive calculations of the product stabilizer column operation in the middle distillate catalytic dewaxing process are conducted with the aim to enhance the effectiveness of hydrogen sulphide separation from the stabilizer column product and to decrease its corrosiveness. Results of calculation showed that injection of additional vaporizing agents into the stabilizer column, namely, 10 m3/h of recirculating stable naphta and 100-300 m3/h of hydrogen-rich gas depending on the quantity of hydrogen sulphide in the dewaxing product, allows reducing hydrogen sulphide content in stable hydrogenate to trace quantity and to decrease the corrosiveness of stable naphta obtained in the fractionating column during the next stage of production, hence, to prolong a service life of the expensive equipment.
