Treatment of bioethics related to knowledge management in the area of new technologies inherent in the information society is discussed. Seven-dimensional model of socio-cultural systems' space based on correspondence of non-linear dynamics' stages and semiotics dynamics' stages is represented. It was found that 1) bioethics secures the problems accompanying all the phases of new technologies' development; 2) place of bioethics is defined as a specific kind of communication between all these phases; 3) it's necessary to consider bioethics' initiatives while modifying methods of knowledge management.
