High rate of renewal of knowledge, high information saturation of the environment, personal orientation of continuous pedagogical education require the development of methodical and technological approaches to formation of individual system of ICT tools and how they are used in professional activities and self-directed learning of teachers. The article discusses personalized education sphere design principles to develop the teacher's social and communication competencies, as well as the continuous integration of formal education and informal self-education.
