Riassunto:Title screen
The paper presents the methodology and research results of the fundamentally method of power pulse generated in a drill string based on a hammerless hydraulic mechanism. This mechanism can be used instead of percussion drilling mechanisms and also as a source of controlled elastic vibrations intended for rotary drilling machines. Hammerless hydraulic mechanisms having oil-pumping stations with pressure and drain pipelines simplify the flow chart of the drilling machine, considerably increase its efficiency in comparison with all other up-to-date hydraulic percussion machines. Owing to the high performance and efficiency of the harmless hydraulic mechanisms, they are expected to be widely used in different industries, namely in mining in borehole and well drilling; construction in trenchless pipe laying; machine engineering for vibration treatment of welded structures to reduce residual stress, etc.
