The paper identified the relationship between the number of employees engaged in research and development and the number of clusters as well as domestic spending on research and development and the number of clusters. Analytical method is used for the equation of the line showed a trend of the number of R&D employees, as well as an analysis of the percentage of internal expenditure on R & D to GDP.
