| Sumari: | Заглавие с экрана The behavior of pressed PETN pellets is studied in irradiation by nanosecond pulses of CO2 laser. It is experimentally shown that explosive decomposition initiation fails if the irradiated surface is uncovered even at the maximal energy density (10 J/cm 2). Initiation succeeds if the irradiated surface is covered with a glass plate and the pressure is applied to it.
