| Tóm tắt: | Заглавие с экрана Цель данного проекта заключается в разработке и апробации интегрированной информационной системы оценки эффективности инновационного развития региона. Актуальность проекта обусловлена отсутствием значимых результатов инновационного развития российских регионов, несмотря на значительное количество средств, выделяемых на продвижение инновационных процессов, в том числе на региональном уровне. Научная новизна заключается в том, что в настоящее время нет никакой внутренней методологии экономической науки и техники комплексной оценки эффективности инновационного развития регионов, с учетом особенностей и специфики России. Планируется разработать и внедрить программное обеспечение и методическое обеспечение комплексной оценки эффективности инновационного развития, которая будет одним из самых важных элементов механизма инновационного развития на региональном уровне. Это позволит выявлять проблемы и дисбалансы, определить точки роста и эффективных механизмов стимулирования инновационных процессов. The purpose of this project is to develop and test an integrated information system evaluating the effectiveness of innovative development of the region. Topicality of the project is due to the lack of significant results of innovative development of Russian regions, despite the significant amount of funds allocated for the promotion of innovative processes, including at the regional level. Scientific novelty lies in the fact that currently there are no domestic economic science methodology and techniques of comprehensive evaluation the effectiveness of innovative development of regions, considering the characteristics and specificities of Russia. It is planned to design and implement software and methodological provision of complex evaluation of the effectiveness of innovative development that will be one of the most important elements of the mechanism of innovative development at the regional level. It will identify problems and imbalances, define the points of growth and effective mechanisms to encourage innovative processes. |
